The Ohio Dominican University Men’s Soccer ID Camp is a 5-hour training program on July 18. It is open to any and all male soccer players in grade 9 up to grade 12. The identification camp’s objective is to give the participants an experience of a high-college training and competition environment. In addition, it will challenge the attendees while providing them an opportunity to exhibit their abilities. In-charge of this training program is the Ohio Dominican University men’s soccer coaching staff. Furthermore, the event will include a recruiting discussion and a question and answer interaction with the coaches.
Ohio Dominican University, formerly College of St. Mary of the Springs, is a private, coeducational, liberal arts university in Columbus, Ohio. In athletics, the Ohio Dominican University features collegiate sports teams in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference of NCAA Division II. They are competing as the Panthers and their identity colors are black and gold.
Ohio Dominican University Men’s Soccer ID Camp Organizers
Willy Merrick is the head coach of the Ohio Dominican University Panthers men’s soccer team. The -2018 season will be his 10th year at the helm of the men’s soccer program. Coach Merrick is the 2013 National Soccer Coaches Association of America Division II Midwest Region Coach of the Year awardee. He is also the 2010 GLIAC Coach of the Year and the 2000 Ohio Capital Conference Coach of the Year. Then, the Panthers men’s soccer assistant coach is Caleb Wilson. Brian Reese is the team manager. And finally, Alex Finy is the strength and conditioning coach.
