Join the Stony Brook University Seawolves Women’s Soccer ID Clinic on the 3rd of August. The program is open to all high school female soccer players in the graduating classes of 2020, 2021, and 2022. It is aimed at those who are serious about refining their skills and experience a collegiate-like training environment. Furthermore, this soccer identification clinic is set to run from 1 o’clock in the afternoon until 5 o’clock in the afternoon. Its venue is the world-class University Track Turf of Stony Brook University. In addition, the registration fee which includes a clinic t-shirt is $125 per player. It will be a fun but physically challenging experience.

Leading the Stony Brook University Seawolves women’s soccer team is Head Coach Brendan Faherty. Coach Brendan Faherty is now in his third year at the helm of the Stony Brook Seawolves women’s soccer program. He is a bachelor’s degree graduate from Northeastern University. Meanwhile, Coach Brendan Faherty earned his master’s degree in Management of Sports Industries from the University of New Haven. He is a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) “A” coaching license holder and also an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma holder. Ultimately, Coach Faherty is the 2016 America East Coach of the Year awardee. This award comes after he led the Seawolves to an America East playoff berth. Coach Brendan Faherty is also the 2005 New York Collegiate Athletic Conference (NYCAC) Coach of the Year awardee. Then, the Stony Brook University Seawolves women’s soccer team assistant coaches are Sarah Martinez and Sade Ayinde. Coach Sarah Martinez is in her second season with the coaching staff. She is an alumnus of the University of Washington. It is also where she earned her master’s degree in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership. Similarly, Coach Sade Ayinde is also in her second season with the Seawolves coaching staff. She is a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice graduate from the University of Maryland. Finally, the volunteer assistant coach is Shannon Grogan.
