2017 College Soccer ID Camps Ohio Northern is intended to give the player advanced soccer concepts and an idea of what it takes to play in college.
This exceptional environment provides the ambitious and competitive high school age/club player an opportunity to accelerate his game through an intensive program.
Players will get maximum touches with the ball and quality repetitions to improve each skill. Small-and full-sided games will provide many competitive opportunities for each player to grow in match conditions. This camp is open to all high school aged boys.
Ohio Northern University began with a single person and a single idea. In 1871, Henry Solomon Lehr, with support from the community, founded the Northwestern Ohio Normal School as a teacher training institution. Two other name changes would follow; first, to Ohio Normal University and second, in 1903, to Ohio Northern University.
Ohio Northern University is an independent, comprehensive University located in the scenic village of Ada, Ohio. The University comprises five colleges: Arts & Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, Pharmacy and Law.
Polar Bear Soccer Camps also offers full use of the multifaceted facilities on the campus of Ohio Northern. ONU has just installed two lighted, state-of-the-art artificial turf fields, including one with only soccer lines!
Brent Ridenour is in his 19th year as Head Coach for the men’s soccer program at Ohio Northern University. He has the most wins of any coach in the 50 year history of the Ohio Athletic Conference.

Ridenour was also a four-time All-Conference player, and in 2007, Ridenour became the first men’s soccer player to be inducted into ONU’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
