California University of Pennsylvania Women’s Soccer College Bound Camp

The California University of Pennsylvania Women’s Soccer College Bound Camp is for 9th to 12th-grade female soccer players. It is a 5-day event from July 23 to July 27, . It is a training program ideal for those who dreams of playing at the collegiate level. The camp aims to improve the participant’s technical skills and tactical awareness. There will also be training sessions particular to improving goalkeeper’s skills. In general, the event will be a competitive yet enjoyable experience. The facilitators of this training camp are the California University of Pennsylvania women’s soccer coaching staff as well as the current players. The camp will take place at the cutting-edge Phillipsburg Soccer Facility.

Glenn Francis is the Vulcans women’s soccer team head coach since 2014. He is entering his 4th season at the helm of the university women’s soccer coaching staff. He is the 2007 and 2008 West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Coach of the Year. Furthermore, Coach Glenn Francis during his playing years is a 2-time GLIAC Player of the Year and a First-Team All-American selection. Then, Coach Glenn Francis is a Mercyhurst Hall of Fame inductee. Finally, the Vulcans women’s soccer volunteer assistant coach is Frankie LaManna.
