Emory University Men’s Soccer Elite Residential Commuter Camp

The Emory University Men’s Soccer Elite Residential Commuter Camp is for all 13 to 18 years old male soccer players. It is a 3-day program from July 7 to July 9. It is open to both residential and commuter participants. The camp is an ideal venue for players who dream of playing at the college. It will immerse the campers into a collegiate level training environment. They will gain additional knowledge about the technical and tactical facets of the game. Furthermore, the event will incorporate physical and mental conditioning sessions. Goalkeepers will also have their own training sessions. This event is under the supervision of the Emory University’s men’s soccer coaching staff.  Coaches from other top universities are also going to attend to help facilitate the training program.

Consequently, it is also an affiliation of the International Association of Methodist-related Schools, Colleges, and Universities. Emory University has an accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. It is one of the nation’s leading academic institutions. As a matter of fact, the university is 21st in National Universities, 2018 edition of Best Colleges rankings. It is 17th in Best Value Schools rankings and 15th in Business Programs rankings. Currently, the university’s total student population is around 15,300. This is with an acceptance rate of 25 percent. In athletics, Emory University fields 18 intercollegiate sports teams in the University Athletic Association of NCAA Division II. The athletics nickname is Eagles and their identity color is blue.
 

Emory University Men’s Soccer Elite Residential Commuter Camp Organizers

 

The interim head coach of the Emory University men’s soccer program is Cory Greiner. He is the former Eagles’ assistant coach. Coach Greiner is a USSF National ‘B’ License as well as a USSF National Youth License holder. Then, the team’s assistant coaches are Clayton Schmitt and Dan Klinect. Finally, Felipe Quintero is the goalkeeper coach.
