Augustana First Touch Elite Soccer Academy ID Camp is open for girls ages 13-18 at Augustana College Rock Island, Illinois with Scott Mejia head coach.
All campers get to interact and play with current college soccer players. Large staff, with coaches who are either former or current college players, allows for smaller groups and creates more opportunity for quality playing experiences. The camp curriculum is designed for all levels of players, both small and large sided games will be played daily. Augie Soccer Camps stress FUN and development, players will come away from camp with new skills and confidence to play the world’s greatest game.
Augustana is a selective, private liberal arts and sciences college, founded in 1860 by Swedish settlers. The 115-acre wooded campus is in Rock Island, Illinois, on the Mississippi River. It’s part of the Quad-Cities (population 400,000), and about 165 miles west of Chicago.
Augustana is a residential campus. First-year and sophomore students live in residence halls; juniors may choose transitional living areas (apartment-style housing on campus); seniors live on campus or in the neighborhood. Student activities include music groups, theatre, debate, publications, broadcasting, student government, local Greek system, and a wide variety of professional, religious, departmental, political, social and service organizations.
Augustana’s ranking is No. 7 in all divisions for number of Academic All-Americans. and Best in the Midwest (Princeton Review).

Coach Scott Mejia has been working with summer soccer camps in the Midwest region for the last 18 years. He has worked with the University of Wisconsin-Madison, UW-Parkside, Region II ODP and several other premier residential and day camps throughout Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota and South Dakota.
With four very distinct academy offerings any soccer player looking to develop their game and improve will find a suitable environment in which they will be challenged and guided to new technical and tactical abilities.
