Indiana Wesleyan University Men’s Soccer Winter ID Camp

The Indiana Wesleyan University Men’s Soccer Winter ID Camp is encouraging all high school freshman and older male soccer players to join. The winter ID camp’s objective is to provide the participants with an advanced soccer training environment experience. The camp also gears on developing players in the mental and tactical facets of the game. In addition, campers will enjoy playing in competitive matches while showcasing their outstanding skill. In essence, the camp will be a challenging and enjoyable learning experience. It will be on December 9 at the Troyer Fieldhouse in Indiana Wesleyan University campus.

Indiana Wesleyan University, originally Marion Normal College, is a private, coeducational, evangelical Christian, liberal arts university in Marion, Indiana. It is an affiliation of the Wesleyan Church. It is also a member of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities. The university has an accreditation from the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Indiana Wesleyan University is currently accommodating around 14,100 students. This is through an acceptance rate of 74 percent with a student to faculty ratio of 14:1. It is a top-tier academic institution, in fact, it is 29th in Regional Universities Midwest, 2018 edition of Best Colleges rankings. It is also 64th in Best Value Schools rankings. In sports, the Indiana Wesleyan University fields its college teams in the Crossroads League of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. The athletes’ nickname is Wildcats and their official colors are red and gray.

 

Indiana Wesleyan University Men’s Soccer Winter ID Camp Organizers

Luke Sanford is the Indiana Wesleyan University men’s soccer program head coach. He is the former Point Loma Nazarene assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. He is also the former Southern WV Kings Warriors assistant coach. Then, helping Coach Sanford are assistant coaches Joe Schulman and Josh Kremers. Also part of the Wildcats coaching staff is Josh Goepper, the graduate assistant coach. And finally, Kevin Roorbach is the Director of Soccer Operations.
