The Presbyterian College Blue Hose Women’s Soccer ID Camp is a 3-day event from June 22 until June 24. It is an identification camp that is open to all female soccer players, 14 to 18 years of age. This soccer event will give the participants an overview of the competitive college soccer atmosphere. In addition, the training program will focus on the total technical and tactical development of the attendees. It highlights drills that will enhance shooting, passing, dribbling, and goalkeeping skills. Furthermore, the camp includes sessions that will tackle college recruitment procedures. In essence, the camp will be an encouraging and fun experience. It will take place at the Presbyterian College campus.
Presbyterian College, formerly Clinton College, is a private, coeducational, liberal arts college in Clinton, South Carolina. It is an affiliation of the Presbyterian Church, a Protestant Christian denomination. The university as a whole has an accreditation from the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Presbyterian College Blue Hose Women’s Soccer ID Camp Organizers
Brian Purcell is the head coach of the Presbyterian College women’s soccer program since its inception in 1989. He is the 1999 NSCAA/Adidas Southeast Region Coach of the Year and the 1994 NSCAA Coach of the Year. Coach Brian Purcell is also a 7-time SAC Coach of the Year awardee. He is a US Soccer Federation “B” coaching license holder. Then, the Presbyterian College Blue Hose women’s soccer assistant coaches are Tanner Osborne and Ashlynn Powell.
