Saint Louis Soccer Academy Gives the opportunity to experience a 4-day Billiken Elite Camp this summer for male players between 12-18 years old, who aspires to improve their game and take it to the highest level. The camp will take place in the Robert R. Hermann Stadium and the Saint Louis University Varsity practice field.
Saint Louis University is one of the oldest and prestigious Catholic universities in the country with its founding in 1818. The training will be led by the Saint Louis University Men’s Soccer coaches; Academy Director Mike McGinty who was named the head coach in 2010. He brings a winner’s pedigree from the University of Virginia, where he was an associate head coach and helped lead the Cavaliers to the 2009 NCAA championship. Assistant directors Brian Grazier, Michael Robson and Tim Kelly will also be present at the camp.
Saint Louis Soccer Academy gives the opportunity to experience a true residential overnight camp, where the players will get the possibility to improve their game and learn from coaches on the highest level. Te program for the camp will be an intense combination of intense training with a focus on both individual components as well as team competitions. There will be technical and tactical sessions as well as small sided games, tournaments, skill competitions, and evening games played at Hermann Stadium.
