Come and join the Simpson College Storm Men’s Soccer Elite ID Overnight Camp from June 15 until June 17. This three-day soccer identification camp is open to all and any boys 15 to 18 years of age. The program is only available for those with high school and club playing experience. Additionally, the training program is going to start at 1:00 PM on Day 1 and end at 4:00 PM on Day 3. Moreover, this event emphasizes development on both the player’s technical skills and tactical understanding. This soccer training program is going to take place at the leading-edge Bill Buxton Stadium which is on the Simpson College campus. The registration fee is $275 per camper. This program will be under the supervision of the Simpson College Storm men’s soccer coaching staff and its current collegiate players.

The head coach of the Simpson College Storm men’s soccer team is Rick Isaacson, a native of Urbandale, Iowa. He is now entering his eighth season at the helm of the Storm men’s soccer program. Coach Rick Isaacson is a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education graduate from Luther College. Ultimately, Coach Rick Isaacson is a three-time Central Iowa Metropolitan League (CIML) Coach of the Year awardee. These awards were when he was still head coaching the Iowa High School boys soccer team. Coach Isaacson led the Iowa High School Class 2A to the 2007 State Championship. Coach Rick Isaacson is also the recipient of the 2007 State of Iowa Coach’s Achievement Award. Under his leadership, the Simpson College Storm men’s soccer team has already seven IIAC Tournament appearances. Coach Isaacson is also the 2002 IIAC Most Valuable Player. Then, the Simpson College Storm men’s soccer team assistant coaches are Jim Frizzell, Tim Stork, and Connor Nightingale. Coach Jim Frizzell is also in his eighth season with the coaching staff.
