Join the Taylor University Trojans Men’s Soccer Fall ID Camp. It is an exciting opportunity for prospect male soccer players in grades 9 to 12. It will provide a very beneficial collegiate level training and competition experience. Furthermore, it focuses on providing both technical and tactical soccer skills improvement to its every participant. The event is an initiative of the Taylor University men’s soccer coaching staff. The university’s current players are also going to provide help in facilitating the sessions. In addition, the program incorporates competitive 4v4 and 11v11 matches. It is also going to have a college recruitment discussion.
Taylor University, originally Fort Wayne Female College, is a private, coeducational, interdenominational, Christian college in Upland, Indiana. It is a member of the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities as well as the Christian College Consortium. Currently, the university has an undergraduate student population of 1,910. It also has a postgraduate student population of 108. This is with an acceptance rate of 80 percent. Taylor University Trojans Men’s Soccer Fall ID Camp Organizers
Leading the Taylor University men’s soccer team is Head Coach Gary Ross. He is now in his 14th season as the Trojans men’s soccer head coach. This is excluding his 2-year stint as assistant coach with the team. Coach Ross is the 2011 MCC Coach of the Year as well as the 2011 NSCAA NAIA Mideast Region Coach of the Year. Then, helping Coach Ross are assistant coaches Steve Bushre and Jacob Beerman. Both Coach Bushre and Coach Beerman are USSF National D license holders.
