Tusculum University Pioneers Women’s Soccer Summer Camp

Come and join the Tusculum University Pioneers Women’s Soccer Summer Camp. It is a five-day event that will run from the 15th of July until the 19th of July. This summer soccer camp is inviting all and any girls in grade 9 up to grade 12 who are serious about taking their game to the next level. All the training instructions are in accordance with the participant’s age and skill level. Moreover, this training program is going to take place in the state of the art Tusculum University Soccer Facility. In addition, the training program will provide the participants with an opportunity to showcase their exceptional soccer skills. It will be under the supervision of the Tusculum University Pioneers women’s soccer coaching staff and current players. Available spots are limited.

Tusculum University, formerly Tusculum College is a private, coeducational university in Tusculum, Tennessee. It is among the nation’s oldest institution for higher education. Tusculum University Pioneers Women’s Soccer Summer Camp Organizers

The head coach of the Tusculum University Pioneers women’s soccer team is Mike Joy, a native of Dallas, Texas. He is now in his 22nd season at the helm of the Pioneers women’s soccer program. Coach Mike Joy is a bachelor’s degree graduate from the University of Kentucky. Under his leadership, the Pioneers women’s soccer team has already five SAC Championships and four SAC Tournament titles. Ultimately, Coach Mike Joy is a NAIA District 32, NSCAA/Umbro Midsouth and Great Lakes Region Coach of the Year awardee. He is also a three-time National Coach of the Year Nominee. Additionally, Coach Mike Joy is a two-time recipient of the Art Argauer Award. Then, the Tusculum University Pioneers women’s soccer assistant coach is Chelsea Parker. Coach Chelsea Parker is a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in English and women’s studies graduate from Mars Hill University. Meanwhile, she earned her master’s degree in leadership at Shorter University. She is now entering her first season with the coaching staff. Coach Chelsea Parker is the former James Island Soccer Club’s  Assistant Director of Coaching. Finally, Kayla Walker is the team’s graduate assistant coach.
