The Union University Men’s Soccer Winter Elite ID Camp is a 3-day event from January 12 to January 14. It is inviting high school boys from 16 to 20 years old. This training program will accommodate both residential and commuter campers. Furthermore, the camp aims to immerse the participants into a real collegiate level training environment. It will also provide an opportunity for participants to show their skills and be a part of the Union University men’s soccer team. Running the sessions are the university’s men’s soccer coaching staff and current players themselves. In addition, the training program includes sessions specifically for goalkeepers. It will also have competitive small-sided and full-sided games. The camp will take place at the Union’s Smith Memorial Soccer Complex.

Head Coach Steven Cox, a Toronto, Canada native, is leading the Union University men’s soccer team. He is the former North Caroline State University assistant coach. Moreover, Coach Cox is a USSF B Coaching License, the USSF National Goalkeeping License holder. Then, the team’s assistant coach is Scott Sinclair. Johnny Mitchell is the director of soccer operations. And finally, Kelley Lynn is the athletic trainer.
