University of Chicago Maroons Women’s Soccer Prospect Camp

The University of Chicago Maroons Women’s Soccer Prospect Camp is a two-day event that will fall on August 3 and August 4. It is designed especially for high-level female soccer players who desire to become a college soccer athlete. This prospect camp is going to be under the supervision of the University of Chicago Maroons women’s soccer coaching staff. In addition, the camp will cover both technical and tactical sessions, a campus tour, and a college recruiting talk. There will also be 5v5, 7v7, and 11v11 matches. This will the players to showcase their exceptional soccer skills. Moreover, the camp registration fee is $285 per player. This includes lunch and a University of Chicago Maroons camp t-shirt. It is important to note that this event is not a residential camp.

University of Chicago Maroons Women’s Soccer Prospect Camp Organizers

Amy Reifert is the head coach of the University of Chicago Maroons women’s soccer team. She is a bachelor’s degree in political science graduate from Amherst College. Coach Amy Reifert is also a master’s degree in sports management graduate from Western Illinois University. She is now in her 27th season at the helm of the University of Chicago Maroons women’s soccer program. Ultimately, Coach Reifert is a nine-time UAA Coach of the Year awardee. She is also a five-time Central Region Coach of the Year. She has led the Maroons to five UAA Titles and 17 NCAA Tournament appearances. Coach Amy Reifert is now holding an astounding coaching win-loss record of 361-162-49. Furthermore, Coach Reifert formerly chaired the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Division III Women’s Soccer Committee. Then, the University of Chicago Maroons women’s soccer assistant coach is Marlon McKenzie, a native of Jamaica. Coach Marlon McKenzie is now entering his first year in the assistant coaching role. He is the team’s former volunteer assistant coach. Furthermore, Coach Marlon McKenzie is a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies graduate from Northeastern Illinois University. He is also a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) “B” coaching license holder. Recently, Coach McKenzie obtained his United States Coaches Goalkeeping Level 1 Certificate.
