Webber International University Women’s Soccer ID Camp

Join the Webber International University Women’s Soccer ID Camp. It is especially for girls 16 years old and up who dream of playing at the college level. It is a 4-hour training program that will run from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM. This soccer ID camp will be on the 28th of June at the Warrior Field in Webber International University campus. The sessions will simulate the training methods that the university’s women’s soccer is using. It includes the overall development of the players’ technical and tactical aptitude. In addition, players will participate in small-sided and 11v11 games. In charge of this training program is the Webber International University women’s soccer coaching staff. Furthermore, there will be player evaluation and a college recruiting session.

Webber International University, originally Webber College, is a private, coeducational university in Babson Park, Florida. Its founder is Roger Babson, a notable 20th-century business theorist. As a whole, the university has an accreditation from the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Moreover, the university’s business programs have also an international accreditation from the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education. Webber International University is among the region’s top universities. In fact, it is 57th in Regional Colleges South, 2018 edition of Best Colleges rankings. Currently, the university serves around 800 students with a student to faculty ratio of 23:1. In athletics, Webber International University fields 24 intercollegiate sports teams in the Sun Conference of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. The athletes’ nickname is Warriors and their identity colors are green and gold.

Ashley Cockrell is the Head Coach of the Webber Warriors women’s soccer team. She is the former Head Coach of the Lake Wales High School soccer program. Then, the Warriors Assistant Coaches are Derrick Smith and Jason Navas. Maggie Neiswanger is the team’s Graduate Assistant Coach. Kayla Cross is the Athletic Trainer.
