Come and join the West Texas A&M University Buffaloes Men’s Soccer Summer ID Camp. It is a single-day soccer event that will fall on the 16th of June. This training program is going to take place at the scenic West Texas A&M University campus which is in Canyon, Texas. In addition, this soccer identification camp is a the ideal venue for outstanding soccer players to showcase their skills in front of college recruiting staff. The program will also provide the participants an insight on how it is like to be a college soccer student-athlete. Moreover, this event will be under the direction of the West Texas A&M University Buffaloes men’s soccer coaching staff. Registration is first come first served.

Head Coach Butch Lauffer from Bedford, Texas is leading the West Texas A&M University Buffaloes men’s soccer team. He is now in his 28th year at the reins of the Buffaloes men’s soccer program. Coach Butch Lauffer is a bachelor’s degree graduate from Texas Christian University. Ultimately, Coach Lauffer is a three-time LSC men’s soccer coach of the year awardee and a three-time LSC women’s soccer coach of the year awardee. He is also a two-time NCAA Midwest Region Coach of the Year and a one-time Panhandle Sports Soccer Coach of the Year. Coach Lauffer is a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) “A” coaching license holder. Then, the West Texas A&M University Buffaloes men’s soccer assistant coach is James Crowder. He is an alumnus of Midwestern State University. Coach James Crowder is now in his fifth season with the coaching staff. Additionally, Coach James Crowder is a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) “B” coaching license holder. He is also an NSCAA Premier Diploma and an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma holder. And finally, the team’s graduate assistant coach is Gabe Williams. He is the newest addition to the Buffaloes men’s soccer coaching staff.
