Join the William Carey University Crusaders Women’s Soccer Elite ID Camp. It gears at providing the participants a high-level technical training. It will introduce the participants to the next level game concepts and tactics. The training program will be under the direction of the William Carey University Crusaders women’s soccer coaching staff. In addition, the camp is going to take place at the leading-edge Crusader Field which is on the William Carey University campus in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. It will fall on the 21st of July and is set to start at 9:30 AM. This soccer identification camp is open to all female soccer players in grade 9 up to grade 12.

Leading the William Carey University Crusaders women’s soccer team is Head Coach Danny Owens from Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He is now in his 14th season at the helm of the Crusaders women’s soccer program. Coach Danny Owens is a bachelor’s degree in psychology and coaching graduate from William Carey University, then William Carey College. It is also where he completed his master’s degree in psychology. Ultimately, Coach Danny Owens is the United Soccer Coaches Regional Coach of the Year awardee. This award comes after he led the William Carey Crusaders women’s soccer team to an SSAC Co-Conference Championship and a National Tournament Semi-Final finish. Coach Danny Owens is also a two-time SSAC Coach of the Year awardee. Under his leadership, the Crusaders has already three SSAC Conference Championships and an SSAC Conference Tournament Championship. Additionally, Coach Danny Ownes is a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) “B” coaching license holder. He is also an inductee into the William Carey Hall of Fame and the William Carey Inaugural Wall of Fame. Then, the Crusaders women’s soccer assistant coaches are Ryan Weir and Chloe Cook. Coach Ryan Weir is now in his fifth season with the coaching staff. Meanwhile, Coach Chloe Cook is the newest addition and is in her first season with the coaching staff.
